Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and maintain a player account on eb7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party in relation to gambling activity.
• You have not previously been excluded or barred from the eb7 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or acting on behalf of one, in a manner that would require enhanced due diligence under applicable financial regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You do not suffer from a gambling addiction, or if you believe you may, you agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform before proceeding.

eb7 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. This process may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested by eb7 will result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gaming privileges until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

eb7 employs automated and manual systems to detect underage use. Where underage use is identified or reasonably suspected, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

eb7 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via a range of locally integrated payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the eb7 platform are processed through secure, encrypted channels consistent with banking-grade SSL standards.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your eb7 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. eb7 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source where feasible, with any associated fees borne by the player.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by eb7 within the timeframes published in the platform's help documentation. Standard withdrawal processing times are subject to KYC verification status. Players whose accounts have not completed full KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. eb7 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically possible.
• eb7 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• eb7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from suspected fraudulent activity will be suspended pending investigation.
• All amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

eb7 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes acceptance of both the promotion-specific terms and these general conditions.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion's terms and are calculated on the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — contribution rates are published for each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) and expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

eb7 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising genuine play risk, and withdrawing funds before wagering obligations are met. Where bonus abuse is identified, eb7 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.

eb7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players through the contact details registered on their account.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

eb7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without notice, where eb7 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• The player's account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• eb7 is required to act by a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal behaviour.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting the eb7 support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by eb7 — the player's access to all platform features will be revoked. Active bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules. Bonus balances and winnings derived from active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure unless closure is due to a platform-side error or eb7-initiated action unrelated to player breach.
